  • 16-year member of TEC/Vistage https://tec-canada.com/ , a CEO peer group, where every month, I gained knowledge from world class speakers, obtained one on one coaching, and conducted peer reviews of members’ issues.
  • 11 years coaching executives from start-up companies to large companies with over $1 billion annual revenue.

My Typical Process:

  • First phone session with you to identify objectives, and determine logistics
  • First face to face meeting with you for about 2 hours to gain more in depth understanding of the contract objectives, and establish trust
  • Additional 10 individual conversations with a duration of about 1 hour
  • Mid-point review and check-in on progress to goals
  • Evaluation of process and level of satisfaction
  • Mutual decision on continuing the relationship

My approach is to honour you as the expert in your personal and/or professional life, and I believe that you are creative, resourceful, and whole. Standing on this foundation, my responsibility is to:
